Terms of Access
This agreement governs access to the Unified Data Library (UDL) Software Development Kit ("SDK") provided by Bluestaq LLC ("Bluestaq"). By submitting this form you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Authorized Use. Access to the UDL SDK is granted solely for the purpose of integrating with, evaluating, or operating against the Unified Data Library API in connection with an authorized project or engagement. Any other use is prohibited.
2. Non-Transferability. Your credentials are personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sublicense, or otherwise provide access to any third party.
3. Confidentiality. The SDK, its source code, and any associated documentation are proprietary and confidential. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute any portion of the SDK.
4. Revocation. Bluestaq reserves the right to revoke access at any time, including upon expiration of the agreement term, violation of these terms, or termination of the underlying project or engagement.
5. No Warranty. The SDK is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Bluestaq makes no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Agreement Term. Access is valid for one year from the date of this agreement, after which you must renew to maintain access.
